TUBEROSE MITTS
Tuberose Mitts is a sister pattern to my cowl design by the same name – TUBEROSE COWL.
This pattern was born whilst playing with the placement of a simple twisted stitch pattern in a hazy afternoon. I discovered that slightly staggering the motifs instead of stacking them straight, led to some eye-pleasing results.
Tuberose mitts is essentially a 1X1ribbed mitt pattern with an interesting twisted stitch panel on the back of the hand. It is a fairly quick knit as it uses DK weight yarn and the stitch repeat is pretty straightforward.
